Appointment Policy

Regular appointments are usually allotted an average of 20 - 40 minutes to ensure your animal has a complete physical exam and that there is time for your questions and concerns to be addressed. Client education is VERY important to us.

We do not double book our appointments but there are times when a sick animal must be seen right away and is squeezed into the schedule.

Because of our generous appointment times, repeated "missed-no show" or if you are "late to arrive" for appointments may lead to charges against your account and/or denied future scheduling. This is a rare occurrence but we do have to point this out to be fair to all of our clients.

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Cards, cash and personal checks.
